Through its micro grant program, the Rainey Day Fund provides assistance to racialized, LGBTQ+, disabled, and other artists who add to the rich fabric of roots music. Its offshoot - the Rosetta Fund - supports marginalized identity journalists, photographers, and other media/content creators in the same space.

Named after the all-female band Fanny, our mission is to provide a musical instrument store that is comfortable for ALL, especially women, children and beginners. We believe everyone can be musical and shopping for an instrument should be a relaxed experience.
