For damn near 25 years now, Brandi Carlile has been making music flanked by Phil and Tim Hanseroth, on bass and guitar, respectively. Affectionately known by Brandi and her fans as the Twins... and objectifyingly known by me as the Handsomeroths (trademark pending), Phil and Tim are, at this point, almost as inextricable from Brandi's music as her own voice. So, as they release the sad gay deluxe version of last year's Returning to Myself, and embark on an all-request tour, there are things we want to know.
